Jazz Series

"Old Fashioned Sleepless Nights" wurde mit den Covid Lockdowns als virtuelle Konzertreihe von Anna Margolina und Kenneth Berkel ins Leben gerufen. Die Musiker erschufen damit ihre eigene Plattform für Jazz-Standards, neue Kompositionen und Einblicke hinter die Kulissen. Die Jazzserie lief von 2021 bis 2022, unterstützt wurden die Künstler durch Spenden, Crowdfunding und eine Förderung der GVL Neustart Kultur. Das Programm ist jetzt im Konzertformat buchbar.

OFSN is short for “Old Fashioned Sleepless Nights” - something the duo could quickly agree on, as both find their musical roots in the Great American Songbook. Pianist Kenneth Berkel and singer Anna Margolina started their online series during the Covid lockdowns, in January 2021, for almost two years they have been broadcasting on YouTube thanks to a devoted team, a successful crowdfunding campaign and the support of GVL Neustarthilfe project funding. In the last season they featured the music of Kenneth Berkel.
